I'm fairly certain they were not trying to decieve me in any way. Lucas the finance manager and Antonio, my salesman worked really hard and showed a superb level of customer service and patience as I spent over 5 hours pondering my choice to buy the car. They made me a very fair deal and we're showed excellent customer service skills.... ultimately I had to walk away but I can not recommend them enough. I typically don't trust car salesman or car dealerships but I can tell these people are passionate and dedicated to their jobs!

Easily found what we were looking for, the cars on the website were on the lot to be checked out, and we were greeted and treated kindly from the start. Errond Wesley was our sales representative and he immediately understood our situation and didn't not push us towards a sale but gladly helped to see what he could make happen.

I recently stopped by to take a look at a Subaru WRX that I had seen online. I had no intention of test driving or purchasing that day but Errond Wesley convinced me to at least drive it. He was nice and fun to work with. Somehow he managed to make the car buying experience enjoyable. Errond and everyone else at the dealership worked hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. Stopping on a whim definitely worked in my favor!

Easy straight forward buying process

As long as it was done like it should be then it'll be all good. Ok not sure what happen with my review but let's try it again. At this point, I'm not happy at all & if this is how they do all their customers then not sure how they stay in business. We have a recall on our SUV & have been trying to get it taken care of since June 11th(1st appt) but we keep being told either she's waiting on approval to order the parts or they don't have the parts to send or some other variation of that. I'm sry but I've had recalls fixed B4 with other vehicles & never had this ordeal or wait, it's usually been fixed immediately or within a week at other car dealerships. It's been 3 mths already & still nothing. She hasn't called to update us at all not even to tell us that they forgot to get the pics needed to order parts, I called a couple weeks later to find out what the hold up was & she told me then. There's been basically no communication on their end, we have to call them to find out anything. I'm calling Mitsubishi to find out why they don't have parts for recalls & depending on the answer I get there may be filing complaint with NHTSA over it bc recalls are supposed to be fixed within a timely manner & 3 mths & still goin is not timely IMO. Especially when they didn't even have to do the punch test to see if it needed to be replaced bc it done had a hole in it. But I was told there wasn't any safety issue?!?! Recalls are safety issues so how stupid does she think I am for Pete's sake. Save yourself the hassle & go somewhere else. I'm sry Lukas if you are wanting to talk bout my issue, pls call me bc I don't get off in time to call before closing. But I'll be happy to speak to u. Thanks!

This company is hands down the best I have ever worked with when it comes to buying a vehicle. I found my car online and sent an inquiry about it, of course I received a call from one of their salesman the next morning. I'm not going to lie, I was dreading the call because they are usually difficult and pushy. I was very happy when this phone call did not go that way at all. My Salesman was Errond and I'm telling you he's the best I've had the pleasure of working with. He was super nice and never pushy. We talked about when I could come test drive the car and due to my schedule he actually brought the car to me(with my permission). I was able to test drive the car on my lunch break and was approved over the phone for the car. When I got off work, I was picked up by Errond and taken to the dealership to get my car. They had all of my paperwork ready so I wasn't waiting there forever. The finance manger Jeff was also incredibly nice. They made this buying experience relaxed, and funny. All of us were laughing and joking around, which is something I personally really appreciate. We did find an issue with the car and it was promised to me that they would fix it. Now we all know how this goes...It's a hassle to get a dealership to fulfill that promise. I was skeptical to say the least, however Errond was in constant communication with me about it and got it scheduled to go into the service department. I took the car in, and another employee Autumn actually brought me back to my house while they worked on it. This kept me from missing work and they were able to keep it as long as they needed. When my car was finished, instead of me having to go back up there, another employee brought the car back to my house! The car was fixed as promise and the issue has been resolved. To say that I'm impressed with this dealership doesn't really do them any justice. Everyone that I encountered was nice, professional and they were more concerned about ME and what they could do for me. Due to my experience, I will always return to this dealership when I'm looking for another vehicle. I will also request to deal with Errond as he truly went out of his way to make sure I could get into this vehicle and be happy with it. I feel like he did more work than I did! If you're looking for a car, I would highly reccomend this dealership and Errond to help you out.

Must Read: I visited Swope Mitsubishi this past week to find a tow vehicle for a travel trailer I recently purchased. I met with Matt Kline. Let me start off with this, he created a no pressure situation. I told him what I needed to do, and he immediately got to work. He didn’t pester me about budgets, payments or your standard car salesman bs. He put genuine effort and concerns into what I needed to do. I ran him through the ringer, I tried multiple vehicles and I drug the process out over a five day period. I wanted to be satisfied with my decision. None of that caused him to lose his commitment to me. He didn’t try and pressure me into anything I didn’t want. He text me after hours to show vehicles he thought may accomplish what I needed, let me try them out with my trailer and even help me find weight distribution solution when we finally found the right truck. Word cannot express how genuine this man is. He became an instant friend and I cannot thank him enough for the week of torture I put him and the dealership through. When financing time came, I met with Lukas. You want to talk about making sure I was comfortable with all my needs, concerns and questions, he did that. He got me amazing financing options, low rates and a payment that is unheard of these days…less than 500 a month. And if you didn’t know, they can sell you a vehicle from any of the Swope Lots throughout town. So if it’s not on their lot, they will bring it to over or take you to the vehicle you wanna see. Over the course of the week multiple salespersons helped me find the right truck. In fact it felt like the whole dealership just jumped in and worked as a team to get me and my family what we needed to be safe and comfortable. We poured through axle configurations, engine sizes, and accessibility. In all my years of car buying, I have never been treated this well. When I say I drove them crazy, I mean it. Several months ago I traded my Outlander Sport in for a truck for my husband. To be without my Mitsubishi was painful as I loved this car since it was the first car I had bought on my own since I was 20 years old. One day I was browsing the internet and found the “adult” version of my car. I worked with Cynthia Thomas, for two weeks to work out scheduling so I could come and get this new car. The process of the sale was easy, the making time to go get it not so much because of my job, however in the end I picked up this beautiful and got to have the same wonderful feeling about buying my own car as I did eight years earlier!!! Thank you Cynthia for finding the adult version of my sport and getting me into this beautiful Outlander.

Thank you Matthew Kline for genuinely listening to all my wants and needs. Though Matthew works for Mitsubishi, he worked with me within the Swope family and got me into a Hyundai. Easy process all around. Can't rave enough about Matthew - we served together before he retired and it's great to see someone like him now serving our community. This team helped me refinance a separate vehicle and not only made those payments more manageable, but I feel like I came out paying less overall than I went in.
